Your client uses the 1, 2, 3 method of meal planning. Your client will choose one breakfast meal, one lunch meal, and one supper meal – Carbs are balanced at each meal! 1, 2, 3 and done with meal planning for that day!

Food types and carb amounts are listed – can be used as teaching tools.

It also includes simple recipes (with the carbohydrate and exchanges counted out) so cooking is made easier.
