  1. Top pancakes with defrosted frozen fruit and plain low-fat Greek yogurt, instead of whipped cream and maple syrup.
  2. Spread a sandwich with mustard or hummus, instead of mayo.
  3. In your brownie or muffin recipe, swap 2 Tablespoons sugar for up to 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
