    This handout looks great – will be providing a quick talk to a breast cancer survivor running group next week – will share this handout with them! One question though – I have been telling people to never cook/heat flaxseed oil but I notice you have in the granola. A little heat is ok?

    Thank you for sharing 4 unique recipes. Like the homemade granola recipe for the yogurt parfait; the egg whites in the oatmeal; kale and avocado w/ eggs; and addition of protein powder in the pancakes. Just wondering….is there enough liquid (recipe calls for no liquid other than egg and white–no milk) to ‘whisk’ ingredients? Am looking forward to making them.
