This is a Microsoft Excel sheet that automatically adds and calculates calories and fat grams when entered. Once the calorie goal is entered, the fat range of either 25-30% of calories or 30-35% of calories (generally for 3,000+ calorie meal plans) will show. As calories and fat grams are entered, the sum of each meal and the daily total will adjust. The amounts left for the day will also decrease.

The snack(s) could be left blank or the fat column not utilized, depending on needs. 

This is ideal for recovery meal plans, weight loss, fitness, etc.
