Each food plan comes with a page that explains why they need that type of diet, pages with food lists broken down in to categories of protein, fruits, starchy veggies, dairy/non-dairy, etc., “how to build a plant-centered meal”, examples for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks.
- The low-FODMAP diet comes with very specific instructions of how and what to eliminate/reduce, how to reintroduce foods with a chart to follow, and is much easier to understand than most low-FODMAP food plans. I use it daily and get such good results with it!
