This Handout:

Food rules can be really tricky.  When clients/patients are considering challenging them, it is often helpful to explore were they came from.  It is easier to counter a food rule or belief if we know where it came from!  Plus, there might be some reflection opportunities with looking at how some rules were helpful or harmful. Get curious!

  • Great handout for individuals at risk for eating disorders

This handout became available at the perfect time. Post-pandemic, I seem to have a lot of stress eaters that have fallen into “diet, cheat, repent, repeat” patterns. I appreciate the simplicity of this handout and will likely use it with several clients. Keep up the great work!

  • Useful and easy to use

Such an easy to use tool with clients. I love the simple, straightforward layout as well.
