  • not the best

    I guess because this document referred to the National Heart Lung & Blood Institute as the resource, I found it to be outdated. I don’t know the guidelines according to this organization but based on the newest research I’ve done I did find some information in this document that did not correspond directly with information I’ve read as of lately….Therefore, I will NOT be using this with my clients!
