Do you have clients that are struggling to make nutrition changes or define their health in very narrow ways?

Perhaps their intense focus on work prevents them from engaging in eating healthy or exercising. Maybe their regimented approach to nutrition or physical activity prevents them from engaging socially with others or takes up so much time and mental space that they are mentally overwhelmed and emotionally dysregulated.

This non-branded handout provides education on all of the different domains of health and wellness. It explains actions that strengthen each domain and asks your client to consider which dimensions are well cared for, which are overlooked or impacted by imbalance, what the consequences of imbalance are, and what steps they could take to achieve better balance among the dimensions.

The insights gained from this reflection and discussion can be used with motivational interviewing techniques to support nutrition work and behaviour change goals with your clients!
