Do your patients struggle with exercise ideas? Point them in the right direction with this handout! A list of (5) websites along with a description is provided. All of these workouts can be done at home and are free to access. This is the perfect resource for COVID-19 quarantine, but also for people that don’t have the time or money to go to a gym. It’s also great for parents as they can stay home while exercising. There are exercises available for the elderly that need seated exercises, all the way to avid exercisers and athletes.

This handout is a Word document so you can add your own logo or contact information. It is printer-friendly but also works great electronically. Please note that Google Docs does not support some page formatting used. For the best looking document, it is recommended to use a computer with Microsoft Word (free 30 day download available) to add your logo and then export to a PDF so the document can be used on any device with or without Microsoft Word in the future.
