This is an interactive worksheet to give to your clients and help them fill it out.

This sheet works well for any client wanting to get rid of diet mentality and stop labeling foods as “good” or “bad”.

Some of the High Nutrient foods will have high calories – help your clients see that they need to eat calories to power their workouts.

  • not worth $5

I thought this would include some food lists. It is a blank worksheet.

    • I can certainly add that 🙂

Once I do I can email it to you if you provide me your email address. Then after I do that would you mind changing your review since I will fix the problem?

Also to elaborate I do mention it is an interactive tool. In my counseling sessions I use this and talk to my client about the foods she likes and where that would fit.

Having a list of foods would not resonate with all, but I can surely provide examples if that makes this a better tool for RDs!

      Thanks for your feedback!
