  • Great for meal planning

This is a great food preference list to use when developing meal plans for patients/clients. I had to add a few foods to each category (my patients frequently eat less common foods like amaranth and jicama), but this saved me an enormous amount of time. Thank you!

  • Great list!

I used this as a way to get group participants thinking about foods to put together into a meal plan.

  • Perfect for conversation starter and picky eaters!

Love this for working with clients who may have limited foods they enjoy. It helps us to have a conversation starter about where they are with variety!
