This worksheet is designed to support clients in identifying food preferences. It includes multiple pages of food lists, separated by type of food and alphabetized within each category. Oftentimes, clients struggle to come up with foods that are outside of their immediate familiarity or list of “safe foods” that they are willing to try and incorporate. By going through this worksheet, they will often remember foods that they have enjoyed in the past, or point out foods they might want to experiment with. The worksheet can also aid in developing meal ideas and challenges for the week.
