A guide reviewing all the basics of formula feeding. Many parents receive some breastfeeding education, but are left on their own to figure out formula. This guide provides information on all the basics. It reviews how to go about choosing a formula (just the facts, not telling parents which is “best”), how to mix the formula safely, how to choose a bottle, how to determine how much their baby needs, and how to pace feed. In an ideal world, every parent would have access to a pediatric dietitian to review this information in person, but we all know that isn’t possible. It is branded, but you are more than welcome to use it with clients.
Updated to include international formulas and a section on troubleshooting.
This guide is SO informative without any stigma involved at all. A great resource for my clinical knowledge as well as for clients.
