Fueling After a Workout

If you are a fitness dietitian, you need a quick an easy reference sheet to give to your members to talk about post workout nutrition. Here is a “need to. know” education material that reviews 3 basic post workout nutrition guidelines.

How To Use This:

  1. Buy & print 1 copy and hang it up in your gym, Crossfit box, or fitness/yoga studio for all members to see to share nutrition information AND promote your services (this is a white labeled material).
  2. Buy & print out multiple copies and hand them out during a pre/post nutrition workshop!
  3. Buy & print to give to individual clients you’re counseling when they need help picking out post workout options.

Clients want to know WHAT to eat and HOW much. This resource can help them figure that out!
