This workbook is for private practice dietitians looking to find a way to organize their sessions, spread out information in a more absorbable way for the patient/client, and use goal setting as the focus and heart of their behavior change.  It’s so easy to get ahead of yourself and provide all the information in one session, forgetting to focus on the goals. Using this workbook, it makes it clear to the patient that you’ll be starting small and building as they progress, and it helps you guide the sessions in a more in depth, motivating, and individualized way.

  • Not what I had expected

This was not what I pictured from the description. The explanation is crammed on one page and the last 2 pages provide room to write TEN goals-way too many. Also has business branding that cannot be changed. I agree that there needs to be photos of products we’re buying to make informed purchase decisions. I may use some concepts of this to create my own, but most likely will just build off of what I had already. I was just trying to simplify my work load today.

    • Hi! Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry it’s not what you were looking for. The 10 goal spaces are just to provide you enough space to build on throughout your time with the client- not for use in one session. When I use this with my clients, we fill out 2 or 3 and then check it off when they’re complete before we add new goals. I can see how this is confusing and I will take all of your insights into consideration when updating the product or creating new. I leave my branding on it because that was what was suggested to me when I started creating products for RD2RD for copyright reasons, but I will look into possibly leaving it off in the future. Thanks again!
