A simple and easy to follow 2 page HO on 13 ways to eat avocados.  The front can be used as an infographic but the back gives more information and details on ways to incorporate avocados into meals/snacks.  It was originally made as a handout for patients on a ketogenic diet to increase avocado intake but can easily be used for a variety of different disease states as well as just overall general health.
