  • nice layout

This is awesome. thanks for sharing! Would love to have a customizable copy too

  • nice

    a great graphic!
I printed it off and it was cut off, maybe something on my end?
Can you make it printable for a handout?

    • Unfortunately this was developed as a web infographic and not for an 8×11 piece of paper. However, if you play around with your print settings you can scale the image to fit the printable area so each side fits on a single page. Hope this helps and will keep this in mind for future resources posted here! 🙂

  • Okay but Needs updating

Good in many respects. But there are some items recommenced that have evidence to show they should be limited or eliminated. Example – soy sauce [could be low Na sauce or tamari], canola oil [ only if cold pressed], etc.

  • How to stock a healthy pantry

Great handout – wish it covered the whole page as a handout for patients through. In protein canned section, would add sardines, mackerel and oysters. In seeds section, would add hemp.
Agree with previous review, would keep alcohol off. Thank you!

  • Nice general and basic list of pantry items. Certainly a good start. Suggest having non-ETOH for that audience and also print friendly format (haven’t checked the later) otherwise good job and thank you!
