This is awesome. thanks for sharing! Would love to have a customizable copy too
a great graphic!
I printed it off and it was cut off, maybe something on my end?
Can you make it printable for a handout?

Unfortunately this was developed as a web infographic and not for an 8×11 piece of paper. However, if you play around with your print settings you can scale the image to fit the printable area so each side fits on a single page. Hope this helps and will keep this in mind for future resources posted here! 🙂
Good in many respects. But there are some items recommenced that have evidence to show they should be limited or eliminated. Example – soy sauce [could be low Na sauce or tamari], canola oil [ only if cold pressed], etc.
Great handout – wish it covered the whole page as a handout for patients through. In protein canned section, would add sardines, mackerel and oysters. In seeds section, would add hemp.
Agree with previous review, would keep alcohol off. Thank you!
Nice general and basic list of pantry items. Certainly a good start. Suggest having non-ETOH for that audience and also print friendly format (haven’t checked the later) otherwise good job and thank you!
