I list different approaches and foods to focus on to strengthen immunity. This is great during flu season but great for clients who may have autoimmune disease as well (however I do not go over the different anti-inflammatory foods).
I lead a weekly nutrition group and decided at the last minute to change topics and talk about the immune system. I am so grateful to have found this resource. It was just what I needed! It is fantastic to have access to well thought out resources without the need to recreate the wheel.
