An introductory client education presentation to the topic of Mindful & Intuitive Eating. Nutrition Education Presentation includes:
- Intro to mindful & intuitive eating: What are they? What are the differences?
- Making peace with food
- Learning hunger/fullness cues
- 4 Mindful Habits can you start today
- 1 group exercise (Mindful Eating – Raisin Exercise)
The slides were very organized and takes the presentation through a natural flow of mindful/intuitive eating education. There are reflective questions on many of the slides to promote conversation in the group.
I used this with a group at my local library and plan to use it again for an employee health talk in the near future.
