  • Definitely worth it

I used this assessment guide to further tailor questions based off the initial and probing questions provided. Being the sole RD in my practice, having this resource has really helped in the brainstorming process. Thank you!

  • Initial Assessment Guide

I personally do not feel this was worth $30. I did get a few ideas, but overall very general and most of the information is pretty common knowledge if you are a dietitian.

  • Very Useful!

I loved this resource! It is a very useful guide that you can utilize its content to generate your own assessment template and flow. The questions are great to help spark a deeper conversation. I appreciate that with each main question Heather also included follow-up questions in the same context to help you gather even more information from the client. Thank you for this resource, especially for us newer RD’s!

  • Intuitive Eating Initial Assessment Template

This is a very deceiving title as this is NOT a template but a guidebook with suggested questions. I would like my money back. I can find suggested questions for free on the internet.

    • So to be clear, this isn’t template? I will have to create a template in my EHR?

    • Hi Carrie! I’m so sorry this was disappointing for you. I’ve received great feedback from others, though I know everyone is looking for something different! I will gladly look into issuing a refund for this product. And you’ve given me good feedback on the title of product, as this is intended to GUIDE non-diet practitioners through an initial assessment with client. I appreciate your input!

      Cheers,
      Heather
