Following the Low FODMAP diet can be challenging.

The diet is even more challenging for people who are vegetarians or are vegan. Many of the higher protein foods that vegetarians/vegans eat are high FODMAP’s.

It will be necessary to help your client find alternate sources of protein that will facilitate them to ease their tummy troubles.
