It’s tricky when clients are juggling multiple dietary needs. And, of course, most of our clients have limited time for food prep, too.

Here’s a guide for people who are Kosher and are following a low FODMAP elimination diet, with 50 meals and snacks that are easy to make and balanced, too.

All of the products listed in recipes avoid high FODMAP ingredients, and the packages are specifically marked Kosher and carry a Kosher seal. So this can be a resource for your clients who follow a Kosher diet strictly.
