This Grocery Haul and Meal Prep Plan is a 2 page document that is meant for clients to use when they are grocery shopping in person or using an online platform such as Prime Now, Instacart, etc.

Page 1 is a 1 week sample meal plan showing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Page 2 is a grocery list. The list is broken up into the follow categories:

  • Protein/Fats
  • Fruits/Veggies
  • Grains
  • Dairy
  • Miscellaneous

Within each category there are 3-9 items the shopper can shop for. This list includes heart healthy lean meats and seafood. This is not suitable for vegans, vegetarians or those following a gluten free diet.

Items are non-branded and fit the diets of weight loss, healthy eating, carb controlled diabetes and heart healthy. Meal plan was made around the plate method.

This meal plan is BUDGET friendly. Total order came to $80 through Aldi’s Instacart with plenty leftover outside this sample week plan. All meals and snacks are very easy to prepare.

  • Individual nutrition counseling
  • Group nutrition counseling
  • Cooking demos
  • Corporate wellness training
