  • Beautifully made

It’s a great handout, lots of info and visually appealing. It is branded but there does seem to be an unbranded version for purchase so I appreciate the options.

  • Easy to use

This will be great for my clients who want to build healthy snacks. Very colorful. Sometimes, I’d like to have a black and white option for those with limited print capabilities.

  • Great Handout

very useful handout. it is branded. still incredibly useful. I appreciate the food group version.

  • Mix and Match Snack Builder

I can’t use this handout since it is a marketing tool for the author. I need unbranded handouts. The pictures and portions are nice. I usually don’t rec juice so wouldn’t include that unless counseling someone that needs more simple Cho’s like treating a low.

  • Snacks handout

Love it – will help as a resource for patients!

  • Snack Sheet

Great ideas & beautifully presented. However portions may need to be modified according to sex and level of activity. This can easily be done by the RD providing the counseling, simply adjust the amount on the handout

  • Snack builder

Love this quick easy guide for clients to choose their favorite snack but understanding exactly what they are eating cho protein and fat grams. I think the portions are large for a woman but probably normal for a larger man . Easy to explain to clients.
The color is important and appealing.
    Thank-you for this free resource.

    • I appreciate your feedback, thank you! I am used to working with athletes, and my portion sizes were skewed toward that clientele. I have adjusted the handout; please feel free to download it again if you desire.
