I really like how the resource gives PRACTICAL examples of serves and mg of nutrients but I think there are pages missing? As DHA is cut off and other KEY nutrients are missing including choline, Vit D3, Vit B 6, Vit B12 and magnesium. A bit disappointed for the price!
