The tutorial will walk you through the steps to successfully market and network your private practice to local referral sources like doctors and other health professionals.  The focus is on snail mail marketing, but also includes suggestions for one-to-one in-person networking.

This guide is ideal for the introvert who does not enjoy talking to large groups (or in person “sales”) and now, given the current pandemic, is very useful while keeping physically distanced.

This guide will help you:

  • Target the physicians near you who need you for their clients and will be relieved to know you are available!

  • Develop relationships with your physician referral sources for the long term so they continue to send you clients!

  • Develop a snail mail marketing campaign aimed at physicians that will get their attention and bring in referrals

  • Figure out what to include in your mailings and how often to send material so you can make it clear to physicians that you are the expert their clients need and you can stay top of mind!

Includes:

  • Tutorial to teach you all of the above plus …
  • 4 Sample Physician letters for inspiration or copy/pasting!
  • 4 Sample Postcard Templates to save you time in the creative process.  These are ready to tweak with your practice info!

  • Private Practice Marketing for the Introvert

Many people don’t know that I am introvert… So when I found myself needing to market my virtual practice to fill up my associates’ caseload, I found this wonderful toolkit from Adina Pearson. I really appreciated the Canva templates which saved me a significant amount of time. I also loved the physician letter templates.. Thank you so much. Why reinvent the wheel?

  • Nice Editable Canva Templates

Professional resource with useful postcard and letter templates, as well as, practical advice and encouragement.

  • Kudos for a guide for the introvert

It seems that most private practice dietitians fall on the extrovert side of the spectrum. That’s not me. This guide gave me good ideas on how to use letters and postcards to market to healthcare professionals. I’ve had two referrals using this technique and hope for more once we get through this pandemic.
