    The pro-style guide is extremely helpful for real world practice and easy to apply to athletes of all levels. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a full reference to use in the sports nutrition field. Creators are amazing and will help if you have ANY questions and update it constantly with the ever changing field. 10/10 recommend, but do remember that you will need more than just this to study for the exam. The exam is a beast all together but this is still amazing and a great reference point.

    If you’re looking for a study guide for the CSSD exam, than look no further. What I found super helpful is that they reference back to textbooks to explain why an answer is correct which makes the learning process more efficient in my opinion. And I can happily report that study guide helped me pass the exam. I would highly recommend.
