This simple idea list includes 7 things one can do during the current quarantine. If you have a new or existing client who is losing sight of their health goals or has trouble finding motivation to stick to their goals, this is that “starter list” that can get them rollin’!

It is one-page long in a pdf-format, that can be emailed to your client. It does not require you to provide in-depth explanation of ideas. It is as simple as instructing your clients to stay home, revamp their pantry, FaceTime their friends and do an exercise with them etc etc.
