This is a 5-page worksheet packet with templates and full detailed samples for redefining and measuring markers of success in the process of healing from diet culture. The goal of this worksheet packet is to support client’s in identifying weight-neutral indications that they are making progress in their process. In addition, the worksheet packet includes a template for identifying how to measure these indicators, and for tracking daily, weekly, monthly, or at whatever frequency is the most helpful.

This activity can be helpful in-session or between sessions, when clients feel stuck, or are struggling to see progress that they have made because their weight has increased or stayed the same.

It can also be a great self-exploration and learning tool for clinicians who are new to anti-diet, intuitive eating, and/or Body Trust®, and a great assignment for dietetic interns.
