There are a lot of techniques out there for managing anxiety.  This technique was recommended by my child’s pediatrician to help manage GI issues caused by anxiety.  However, it will most likely help reduce general anxiety as well. 

The recommendations were verbally explained to me however a handout listing each step was never given or offered.  

Here’s the solution I created!
