This is a handout you can print (in color or black and white) intended for any adult client or patient (would recommend for 18 years or older). I made this for clients to be able to take with them or look at and easily get a good idea of foods to choose when dining out. This is targeted for a “general healthy diet” but does emphasize reducing sodium, increasing healthy fats, reducing added sugars, and ordering a general healthy balanced meal in the restaurant setting.
