  • Amazing!

Wow these handouts are so thorough, and I love how there are altered versions of the same handouts for those who are dairy-free, nut-free, need increased energy density, or want just plain balanced snacks and smoothies. Great for my clients with EDs who want to explore Intuitive Eating but need more guidance on where to start and what foods to have on hand.
