  • Starting the Renal Diet patient handout

I highly recommend this handout for patient education. I have had the opportunity to use it with patients and find it extremely helpful. Even though many countries speak Spanish it varies somewhat. This educational material uses the Spanish used in Puerto Rico, which is extremely beneficial for Nutritionists who serve this population here in Puerto Rico and abroad.
