Athletes often play in tournaments that last ALL DAY. In order to be successful, bringing their own food is a MUST.

I have created a handy packing list for a cooler that can be brought along for tournaments.

Food often available at these events is NOT what an athlete needs to be eating to be properly fueled for their next game/event/match. Bringing their own food can give them that step up on their competition.

  • Be Aware! Not "all food fits"

Potentially good resource however it does have diet comments such as labeling foods as “healthy” and states “If athletes eat high-sugar (candy, sodas), high-fat foods (fried foods,
chips, hot dogs), it makes them sluggish on the field.”

  • Awesome Guide for Parents

This is what every parent who has kids in sports needs. When I attend my grandchildren’s sports activities I see what so many parents allow their children to buy at the snack bar. Most of the time it is because they don’t take the time to plan ahead and pack. Then they wonder why their kids are not performing and seem tired.

This is an awesome guide and I appreciate being able to download it.
