When Amber originally started her private practice she had dreams of a 100% virtual cash based practice however after about a year of 100% virtual she made a radical pivot by founding Heal U and hiring two local dietitians, leasing a local space and deciding to accept insurance. Over the past year or so Amber’s practice has seen consistent growth and income stability and along the way she has learned the daunting task of taking and billing insurance, a few tricks to break into closed panels.
