Amy is passionate about inspiring families to build trust and feel confident from the first bite. Amy completed her nutrition education and dietetics training at McGill University in 2011. She has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian in BC, Canada since and has gained expertise in diverse nutrition areas. She worked as a clinical dietitian at Woodstone Residence (Looking Glass Residence), BC's first publicly funded residential treatment program for eating disorders and the Fraser East Eating Disorders Program. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian with BC Children's Hospital and was the pediatric and allergy dietitian at Heatlhlink BC in the specialized nutrition service. Her current practice focuses mainly on pediatric nutrition, food allergy management and eating disorder recovery. Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and you can find her spending most of her free time in the kitchen trying out a new recipe!
