Welcome! As a private practice dietitian, I'm constantly looking for different products, recipe suggestions, and new "tips and tricks" to share with my clients. I primarily work with time-strapped professionals who want easy ways to eat well while on the road. With work travel presenting a unique set of challenges, these resources are tailored to this group. I've developed these tools across time, resulting in a unique blend of suggestions from my clients alongside evidence-based guidelines. A bit about me: Born in Tel Aviv, Israel and raised in Sacramento, CA, I developed a passion for health at a young age. My mom, a vegetarian since age 18, taught me and my sister how food impacts our health and environment. After college, I lived in New Zealand and Australia for several years before returning to pursue a Master's in Public Health from Loma Linda University. I began my career in 2013 in Chicago managing a 12-week weight management program before establishing a private practice in 2015. As a virtual weight loss dietitian, I help women lose weight through transitioning to an easy and filling plant-based diet. Three fun facts about me: 1. If I weren’t a dietitian, I’d be working for a farm sanctuary or an animal rescue. 2. Hebrew is my first language. 3. I add mint leaves to just about everything, including my morning coffee :)
