Jeanette Kimszal is the founder of JK Nutrition Consulting. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University. She has seven years of experience working on the media side of advertising. During this time she had become health conscious and interested in nutrition.What started out as a hobby turned into a labor of love and in 2012, she pursued a new career. Coming from a corporate environment, she understands the burden of working long hours while trying to maintain wellness. In addition to teaching nutrition for stress relief on her website Root Nutrition & Education, she runs a gluten and dairy-free food blog, a website focusing on how to manage thyroid conditions with nutrition, and a consulting business on the side that helps other nutrition professionals who are in need of content for their business. Her passions include health writing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), nutrition education, blogging, podcasting, recipe development, and food photography.
