Hi! Welcome to my online store! All of the resources in this store are devoted to addressing disordered eating and body image concerns. The information is presented from a gentle, anti-diet, HAES perspective. You will find meal planning resources/handouts, worksheets to increase awareness/education/application of nutrition principles, and articles to provide clients or their families. I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders since 2011. My experience includes working in a variety of different levels of care including acute inpatient hospitalization, a partial eating disorder treatment program and outpatient nutrition counseling. With my background in behavioral health nutrition, I integrate a variety of evidence based therapy philosophies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) and FBT (Family Based Treatment) when working on food and body image concerns. Many of my handouts incorporate these therapy philosophies to reinforce psychological aspects of recovery. I hope that the materials that I have created and found useful with my clients will benefit other providers and their clients.
