Mandy Enright, MS, RDN, RYT, is a registered dietitian, yoga, and fitness instructor based at the Jersey Shore. She specializes in corporate wellness, nutrition communications, and helping provide simple, actionable mealtime solutions from planning to preparation. Mandy is known as the FOOD + MOVEMENT® Dietitian for her fun and flexible approach to maximize body and mind performance through lifestyle and mindset changes that integrate rather than deviate into our busy daily lives. Mandy began her professional career as an advertising executive working at some of NYC’s top agencies before returning to school to pursue her registered dietitian credential.
